For refund, customer has to contact the merchant to send SSLCOMMERZ a refund request. Once the refund is initiated, the refund will be adjusted to the customer’s account within 7 working days. In case of chargeback, customer has to contact the issuer bank of the card that s/he used to complete the payment. Once the chargeback request is issued from the bank’s end, the requested amount will be disbursed within 7-10 working days.
